Ryan is an expert in this field! We met him on a Sunday and we had the keys to our new home by THURSDAY! We love our new home. We looked at another home and was going to "settle". While it was OUR decision to move forward with that home, he went for the house we REALLY wanted. We followed his instructions to the T since we had a couple of credit challenges and we are now enjoying our 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom almost 2300 Square feet in the coveted CyFair Public Schools area.
