Cathy Hamlin

After a vast history of banking operations, accounting-related and office management positions, Cathy began her real estate career as an Office Administrator for a local real estate office.  This 

knowledge led her to obtaining her real estate license in 2003.  She is currently assisting buyers and sellers with over 15 years of active involvement in the industry.  Although always continuing sales,  Cathy has spent the last 6 years on the management side of real estate, which included agent training, recruiting, agent mentoring, office management, compliance and quality control.

Cathy is a proud member of Women’s Council of Realtors, and served as an executive officer of Governing Board for the Greater West Houston Network for 8 years, including Chapter President in 2011.  She served as State Treasurer in 2014 for the Texas State Chapter, and has held advisory positions since then. 

She holds several specialty designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified New Home Sales (CNHS), and Performance Management Network (PMN), which is only available to Women’s Council of Realtors members, and has been awarded to around 1,500 nationally.
